At Evolving Texas, our focus is on achieving excellence in everything we do. Our leadership team is diverse, bringing a unique perspective to our projects. We are driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to creating a sustainable environment for our community.

Our approach is centered around building strong relationships, maintaining clear communication, and maximizing our effectiveness. We prioritize our clients, ensuring they hear from us first and addressing any problems that may arise with our expertise in complex engineering projects. With a team that possesses a range of complementary strengths, we hold ourselves to the highest standards to efficiently complete our work.

We strive to be bold and think outside the box, exceeding our clients' expectations and redefining what it means to be a consultant at Evolving.

Our Word

We believe in having individual, Team and Corporate goals. So, each year, we ask our entire staff to select a word that is useful to them in a direct and positive way. It may be a word that motivates, one that reminds them of who they are or want to be, or a word that is connected into spiritual accountability. We are proud of our staff and encourage them to be focused, determined and always learning things!

THE PHOENIX APARTMENTS

FORT WORTH, TX

The Phoenix is a HUD approved multi-family development on 2.2-acres, located in the “Near South Side” development district of Fort Worth. Specifically, the project included 170 units, a 200-space parking garage, and 1,000 linear feet of offsite 12″ water line.

PROJECT 180

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK

Evolving Texas, as a sub-consultant to Coon Engineering Inc., prepared civil engineering design for 6,850 linear feet of public water and sanitary sewer improvements. The most significant challenges on this project were the many utility crossings, as well as coordinating design with many other consultants.
