Education: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Tri-State University (Trine University)
As Director of Engineering, Mark brings over 35 years of experience in land development and engineering management. As a licensed engineer he has been involved in projects from Maine to Washington. Having worked on a full spectrum of projects as both engineer and developer, he offers a comprehensive insight to large and complex undertakings. During his career he has managed and directed the planning, engineering and construction of 6,000+ acre master planned communities, retail and office centers, multi-family and residential subdivisions, waterfront development, industrial and distribution facilities, and senior living complexes.
He has also worked extensively in the environmental arena with projects ranging from wetland and NPDES permitting to landfills, waste management facilities, contaminated site remediation and spill response and restoration.
Mark received his Civil Engineering Degree at Tri-State University, now Trine University, in Angola Indiana. As Director of Engineering Mark embraces the leadership role of managing, mentoring and growing the engineering staff as well as further developing Evolving Texas’s business footprint and role in the growth of North Texas.
In his spare time Mark enjoys family, travel, art, music, woodworking, guitar and writing.
